I have a adwords campaign that does ok some weeks and badly others.

I do feel like my competitors may be clicking on my website to drive my bill up. Is this possible?

If so is there anyway i can stop this from happening?

I have a call only and website click campaigns running. Is it correct that the same IP clicking or CALLING me will not have be billed twice?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I will start checking.

I am suspicious because I get so many clicks even on the CALL campaign and barely any result in actual calls.

Alright, same as other networks Google do provide some clicks where in there is no results.
On top of that when you're talking about AdWords billing depends on various factor like geo's, keyword search volume and some onto unique visitor like any visitor who clicked first time on Google ads there will higher costs so you need tunning and optimization your account at regular intervals of time .

    Thanks
