I have an Adsense account and couple of domains and hosting.

What I bring to the table:
1. My Adsense Account
2. Website + Hosting
3. Skills (SEO, PPC, FB etc.)


What Partner bring to the table:
1. Tons of content with images or videos
2. Your bear the budget to run some ad campaigns.


Profit sharing:
Since I will be paying the hosting + website maintenance - I propose for 60/40 split. I will pay you via PayPal.
