Hello Guys, I had a lot of stealth PayPal accounts one of my accounts got limited then I checked on the other and they all got limited. I've done some research and I see that the shipping address is what ties all the accounts together. Now I tried to make a purchase from a clean never used account and tried to have the item shipped to my address but the account got limited instantly after I attempted to make the payment. This is two days after my accounts got limited It seems that my address as been blacklisted. Question is there a certain time period before I can start making new accounts and having them shipped to my address or and I am done forever?
why are you creating so many paypal accouts? you could get a legit one and add multipple email adresses to it...
