Failed to resolve a dispute resolution thread.

Hello,
My account always show 2 Unread Private message although I read them. Also, I replied the messages but I don't see them in "sent items" inbox. Moreover, when I visit new page, the message popup always show :
"You have a new private message.
Sender: method...
Title: 'hi i would like to buy ...'
Click OK to view it, or cancel to hide this prompt."
However, I don't see this message in my inbox. So, what happen with my account ? How to fix it ? Thank you !
