Not at all. But since I know the owner of farmville secrets, and I found somebody here stealing from him, I think it was only right that I tell him. Had I not known him, I wouldn't have said a thing.

theviralguy, if you are planning on getting people to promote your product, you have to support them supporting you, no affiliate wants to promote crude products

if your posing risk to losing your site because your copying other peoples sites and then putting it on clickbank, then your also risking the affiliates time and money.

so if you want to do stuff like this and clone peoples sites (not saying you are) then just put it on a paypal and market it yourself and dont worry about affiliates.

not trying to be a dick or anything

I told you to change up your sales page design,.. if your sales page looks too similar to another vendor's product, you can get banned from clickbank permanently.. its against their terms of service.

I suggest you do a complete site revamp IMMEDIATELY (an entire new layout).

Hey theviralguy,

I'm not siding anyone in this quarrel... but imo, Clickbank doesn't check whether the page is a copy or not.
Clickbank only checks through whether you follow their checklist (e.g: refund policy stated clearly; what the product teaches; .etc).

Like there's once I needed to launch a product asap... so I kinda rip the exact information from my top competitor to use it TEMPORARILY. I checked my website log and confirmed that a staff from Clickbank accessed my site for about 10-minutes... then later went to the checkout page to see if it's linked properly. Then she e-mailed me and said I was approved.

Of course, I immediately changed my salesletter later.


Still, good luck and get cash coming in! :)

I can't wait to find out that you've lost your clickbank account. You've had days to completely change the design and sales copy of your sites, but you refuse to, as if you're giving a virtual 'fuck you' to the copyright owner. So, you're getting what's coming to you. You now deserve it.

Rule 3 of BHW: Use common sense and show respect to ALL of your fellow forum members.

Complaining to the CB becuase you feel 'injustice' and then bragging about it on a public forum is just plain shitty behaviour. If he stole your copy deal with it, dont make it public.

If its not even your copy, and yet you are so 'holy' as to feel compelled to take action - I suggest you leave BHW and join a flagging team on Craigslist - those fellow 'nancies' will welcome your type.

Theviralguy - tone down the language on the attacks - a few users complained about your replies also.

Good job on the ban zen, I think he deserved it. IMO BH has fraud and thievery involved... we all know what this business is about and we choose to be a part of it by joining the forums. Do we do it intentionally, probably not, maybe so... but as many have said we need to stick together and not rat each other out to the point of no return. Maybe if skagen would've TALKED to theviralguy instead of jumping down his throat things would've been different.

I normally leave things like this uncommented on, but I gotta side with theviralguy here on his defense, at least to some degree.

Yeah sorry about the language I was just really pissed at both of them. Both of them were banned from bhw so now I hope everyone can see that they were in the wrong not me :)

Thanks zen, although all of their posts kind of ruined my thread. If anyone is actually interested in promoting my guide I'll be updating the thread with conversion screenshots in the next few days!
 
viral if you could help me promote the guide then ill do it, and ill do it well. like i said earlier. i sent over 2,500 hops to farmville wizard and only 1 sale... so disappointed
