First thing if you are short on budget you can create niche related web 2.0s, If you have good budget go with Guest posts, Simply search websites in your niche and do guest posting.

Or Find expired domains and create PBN for yourself or 301 to your main site. You can also get expired niche related domain from BHW marketplace.

I use google alerts - They send me a report of all fresh content that contains my keywords. Then I see if their is an opportunity to post a comment, answer a question, or contact an author to generate a niche backlink.

I would suggest you an idea, I used to see lots of NICHE related back link services in Marketplace section,

    http://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/seo-link-building.43/

better contact the seller, and ask for the sites before placing an order or publishing, and double-check them by majestic so you can be sure they are really niche related. Just an idea, as @Nut-Nights suggested, if you are short in budget, I would suggest the same too

Use seo footprints to find those sites. Something like "site:.edu" "Powered By Wordpress" + keyword

There are plenty of list you can use, search it on this forum.

Its simple process, just go to marketplace and choose the service those who are providing good niche related backlinks at reasonable price then buy it. If you have low budget create niche related web2.0 or create PBN with good metrics domains.

If you want to do service, make a thread on your service in BHW market place and it must be an approval one.
Then find the related niche sites by searching in blogsearch tool.

Very easy way to identify high value targets in your vertical:

    1. https://curator.twitter.com/ create a new query for whatever it is you want, it will then give you mentions.
    2. Take those mentions across all keywords and put them in Google alerts
    3. Enter all websites from google alerts from all mentions
    4. Cross reference mentions to websites
    5. The most matches are the sites that area the highest value targets to get links from

    EDIT:

Explain a bit more, what you are doing is creating a realtional database of popular people on twitter and the websites that they publish to or are published on. The more people that are in your particular vertical that are published on a site, the better, because these people share their stuff like animals.

You want to get links from these super active, socially relevant sites to your site, it creates so much trust and activity to your site, and its niche specific and super easy

First, thanks for help! The thing is that I'm providing service in my area, it's a local business.. Twitter and all the social media will not help so much... (I think..). If it's a local business it's still the same Seo technics or its totally different?

Well you are going to want to do some specific tactics to rank in the Google maps algorithm and that is a discussion of another matter, but getting relevant niche back links is the most critical part of any seo strategy, local or global.

When you boost your overall SERP profile then you are going to help your local efforts as well.

Something that you should always try to remember is SEO is a holistic, there is not 'one' thing that you have to do to succeed, as it is a volatile, ever changing world out there.

Backlinks, Social metrics, Bounce rate back to SERP, and Panda/Penguin Content Guidelines are the things that stay constant.

For local you want to make sure that you are set up in the google places matrix and that you are verified, make sure that you have legitimate customers leave legitimate reviews (or click on black hat and we can talk about 'other' options) and keep pushing those reviews on social media.

One of the best ways we have found to boost a locals results is to share the review left on G+, Facebook and Twitter, changed slightly to reflect the platform being posted to. It's correlation, but the more traffic you can hop through your review to your site through social, the better and longer you will rank in the maps, all other things being equal.
