    Hey there,

    I have been a member here since June 09'ish and have always lurked in the shadows and not put anything on paper. I was really inspired by the '300 adsense sites' post that has been floating around for a couple of days now, so I have tried to put two domains to good use. Unfortunately, neither are yet ranked for their targeted keywords. So I still have a lot of work to do.. but here is what I have so far:

    h**p://pearlywhitesmile.co.uk

    h**p://datingaddict.co.uk

    All feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you!

    Good job.
    But the banner ads are not re-directed properly.
    The below error appeared when it was clicked.

    Site error: the file /homepages/46/d295707079/htdocs/DatingAddict/wp-content/plugins/WP-Article-Fetch/wpaf.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

    I think the dating site looks really nice, but you seem to be having a problem I have with autoblogs, lots of the articles are nothing to do with the site title.

    The teeth site seems to have really relevant content, but I seriously don't like the the 160x600 ads in the posts- I think it looks a bit of a mess, and am assuming you meant to put a horizontal banner size there instead? It would look tons better I think.

    Good luck with them both.

    I have removed the 120x600 ads. I was trying to put the horizontal one in :l

    The autoposter plugin I use allows me to target keywords for the drawn content (WP Article Fetch). If you look at the unsuitable posts, you can in my case link them back to the keywords plugged into the autoposter, and remove as appropriate. Hopefully this helps!

    I am looking to create another 28 autoblogs within the next month, unfortunately my current hosting package with 1and1 only has two MySGL databases, so I require a cost effective solution to host these additional sites.

    Does anyone know of a solution?

    The theme is called: 'Derekj 1.0' by hpa

    I have managed to get each site to approx. 100 uniques a day. However, my earnings are low.. and neither of my sites have become ranked for any keywords. I have followed a linkwheel model, however, both domains are showing no inlinks on yahoo site explorer.

    What should I do next?

    Suggestions:

    *cleanup your sidebar - get rid of Meta
    *add Blogroll - Rename to links then add your affiliate links
    *Suggest add keyword link to product (Eg. Find out more on teeth whitening) end of each article.
    *Remove post meta stuff (posted by admin,date, comment) you need to go into your "edit theme"
    *Don't use the supplied banners - would you click on them? Use text links.
    *Add some images into posts - use Snagit to copy or Zemanta - make it more interesting.
    *Get rid of tabbed area in sidebar - just have posts labelled as articles (archives spelt
    wrong) -
    Use Adsense plugin that puts ads in posts 250x250 or bigger - check out wordpress site for plugins - eg. All in One Adsense and YPN

    The idea is to create a theme that you can use again and again - download a studiopress theme they are easy to reformat.
    Add a optin form - giveaway an ebook (do to download area and some PLR stuff on teeth) - no money for aweber try http://www.yourmailinglistprovider.com/

    Hope that helps!

    Your onsite SEO is bad.

    Notice the link: http://www.pearlywhitesmile.co.uk/?p=111

    Instead it should read: http://www.pearlywhitesmile.co.uk/teeth-whitening-the-natural-way

    You can do this very easily. Inside WP you will see a tab named Settings. Click on Settings then it will pop up some options. Now click on Permalinks. Then click on "Day and Name". That will properly name each of your posts which will help you BIG TIME in the search engines.

    I haven't checked out your other blog yet but this teeth one looks pretty good.

    Where does that WP article fetch get the articles from? I need to look into that plugin.

    Put this in the header of your blog... Then create a syndication with news dot g00gl3 dot com...

    PUt this inbetween teh <head> </head> Tags...

    Code:
     <!-- News Bar Code and Stylesheet -->
          <script type="text/javascript">
            window._uds_nbw_donotrepair = true;
          </script>
          <script src="[URL]http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/newsbar/gsnewsbar.js?mode=new[/URL]"
            type="text/javascript"></script>
          <style type="text/css">
            @import url("[URL]http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/newsbar/gsnewsbar.css[/URL]");
          </style>
          <script type="text/javascript">
            function LoadNewsBar() {
              var newsBar;
              var options = {
                largeResultSet : true,
                title : "<?php the_title(); ?> In the news",
                horizontal : false,
                autoExecuteList : {
                  executeList : ["<?php the_title(); ?>"]
                }
              }
              newsBar = new GSnewsBar(document.getElementById("newsBar-bar"), options);
            }
            // arrange for this function to be called during body.onload
            // event processing
            GSearch.setOnLoadCallback(LoadNewsBar);
          </script>
        <!-- ++End News Bar Wizard Generated Code++ -->

    Thank you for the feedback. I have got rid of the meta tab, adjusted the banners to text links.
    I cant manage to get any other adsense plugins to activate in WP 2.9.1 =/ and MBP affiliate ninja won't activate either. Unfortunately my theme does not give me the option to remove the other meta information too. When I have more time I think I will completely change the theme.

    How can I put an optin form within my wordpress blog?

    It does, although that will mean editing the source files and not just turning an option on or off.

    I advise changed theme now.
    HTML:
    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/templates-themes/104769-all-studiopress-themes-aug-09-a.html
    There are no callbacks on studio themes - they have made them more user friendly but more tricky to play around with.
    Still Dead easy to customise... open up home.php delete postmeta stuff (cos you are using it as cms not blog so dates are not vital)
    Home.php is a static page (show post as snippets)...
    *you can use as is... then create 3 categories and place posts in them ... next go to theme options to assign where categories appear on the page (you will see how it works once inside... sounds more complicated than it is!)

    **If you only have one category - you can delete other areas on home.php

    Before you start messing with templates - save the original as home1.php so if you cock it up you can simply recover by 'save as' home.php

    Do same for index.php (this page show post in full )

    It's painful but do it now - don't waste time.
    Get HTML editor (Dreamweaver or Komposer - free)

    To add optin form - get form code from autoresponder service and paste in a text widget for the sidebar.php.. or hardcode (past in directly in the sidebar.php file).

    Take advice given for setting - permalinks to /%postname%/
    For more background lots of help from Wordpress.org site - just search for it.
    some even suggest /%postname%.html
    Looks more like a static site.

    Tip: search for competitors sites in google.
    HTML:
    http://www.google.com/search?q=teeth whitening
    This is a tough market... need a "plan" to win here.

    You can add hardcode adsense code to post if required and change number of post to 3 per page in settings (Reading settings)

    Personally I don't mix the adsense with product offers.
    Decide if you want an adsense site or a product push site not both.
    With adsense you need lots of traffic and you lose out on higher commission with CPA/product offers.

    Just my thoughts.:)
