My 1st method....CL/PPC

Hi all Im new here. I wanted to share a method (it got me banned from adsense almost 1 month into it so be careful and be smart)

The results of this method have since led me to years of black hat, white hat, and ppc research I would have otherwise never looked up. So for that, I am thankful (its the reason, years later, im here)

So... This method works for all major citys across and all of their surrounding areas. Its ppc is pretty high, and for certain months every year it is really high. It attracts strong loyaltys from men and women young and old. It is pretty dumb from my end, but hey a sucker is born every minute right?

This method requires three things
1)adsense account
2)free or paid site, even a blog will work
3)about 90 craigslist postings (free section works best)

So I would make a website, you could make a blog, whatever will support the ppc ads you want to show. Target the site towards sports. You could take this a step up and target a site/blog to every specific city but a general sports page should work. Try to focus it on one major, popular, professional sport (recently mma is HUGE another tip for the good readers). Find out when that paticular sports major events take place (playoffs, finals, world series, ufc xxx) and make sure your site is half assed developed (nothing unique just make sure it doesnt look to default) and has ads on it (if its a sports page and around a major sporting event, your advertisers are paying a premium for clicks) about 2 weeks before that sports big event takes place.

Put ads on craigslist in every city and its surrounding areas with a title something like this
"2-30yd. seats visitor side, bears vs. giants, only for tonight"
for the price of course i put "free" (dont put 50yd line tickets, thats too much of a giveaway)

now in the article of the craigslist posting I would put something like
"I am in charge of my companys web promo department, we are giving these tickets away blah blah blah.... Theres only 16 sets of Two (2) tickets each to give away....... to enter click the ad below wait for the verification code to come up... Then call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx with the approval code and we will reserve the tickets in your name" to add more trust make sure you put in the posting "we will not be responsible for getting the tickets to you, you must get them from our office" and "we are not responsible for your travel or expenses to or from the game"

Watch the clicks roll in
More often than not it was a woman surfing the internet tryingto get tickets for their husband, boyfriend, dad or whatever. This quickly got me banned from adsense, but I think thats becasue my 1 month blog accumulated over $800 in earnings and had a click through really high. I was younger and dumber then. This method can easily be used today with some modifications to turn over a pretty penny.

so what did you do to not get in trouble with adsense?

and why would you get in trouble with adsense. from what i read you didnt do anything wrong.

he is doing something wrong, hes making them want to click the ads. But still i love your idea, i personally would not try that with google adsense, but maybe other ad networks i dont use such as bidvetisor or yahoo.

Thanks for the guide though, its nice and simple and should defo do the trick for those who want some quick ppc earnings.

Buy some junk traffic to lower your CTR and you could probably keep it going for a while. I don't know if that would work since I'm a noob but it sounds like it would =).

Very interesting, I just started to do some Craigslist methods and will be sure to put this to a test in a blog I will be starting shortly.

Edit: The number they called to 'reserve' the tickets, was it just a voice mail you set up?

I had problems with people clicking the ad more than once. Do that with a lot of clicks and it gets "flagged" or whatever they do.

The phone number i set up would either be bullshit or a generic companys # that just said "Enter your partys extension here"

adsense account got banned ?? once your account is banned...it is almost NO CHANCE of getting it back....like myself...

yeah I never got MY adsense account back.... luckily my girlfriend, around the same time I got banned, got an adsense account

lucky =) thats why it would be better to test first with other ad networks until you get used to this tactic

I see this method useful for me, will be trying it with several modifications and will post the results.

I just started putting this into effect.. Gotta get my wordpress site set up first with content.

if to have a new adsense account...the only way is to open a new account using a company name and not your name..also you can use your fren name...and of course must be different address and email.

If it came down to it, most peoples parents/grand parents uncles aunts, etc... Havent and will never sign up for adsense

But I think this would be more profitable with some sort of email submit offer. I'm definitely looking into this to use on my sports blog.

method is banned from adsense and yahoo. Doesn't mean it can't be done, but they do not allow it.

I think another problem with this is when you are going to post.... say to cl.... about giving away free tickets to a super major local event.... You are bound to get some looks from the ticket brokers (in this case) in your area who are no doubt on cl, especially in their line of work. They may be getting "tricked" by the cl post, check it out and see their ad displaying on my page
