As a designer myself, plus being a guy that reads up a lot on the concept of usability, here's my advice:

    • The links on your website are very distracting. You don't have a solid navbar in one place, there's links all over. Realistically, all your page is meant to do is funnel traffic towards the offer. Remove all links, save for the big link, especially the nav bar links that distract the visitor from the main goal by linking them to stats.
    • Your design is very amateur looking, and by looking down the bottom I can see that you're using a freehost. Get some paid hosting, and re-do your landing page from scratch. I understand that you're skills may not be that great, but reading up on the Unbounce blog should provide you with a basic knowledge of usability/conversion optimization techniques to implement.

i agree with what you said, when i first landed on the page the links where very distracting, also the big green button you want them to click is not above the fold for me, which i think will play a big role in CTR. I havent made a landing page yet but ive been doing alot of reading, and from my understanding a good landing page should have what they need to do above the fold.

the first thing i noticed was that it doesn't seem to be centered.
also the white nfl teams block was a turnoff for me. don't make the team symbols so close to the edges and maybe make it a faint grey color
the 2 green links look bad as well. you can have the same link twice to fill space but make them look a little different
