I built my 1st autoblog on 30th Oct. Now get 290 pages indexed with big G.
But no traffic come in.
So I just be patient?

use social media preferably Twitter.com and Facebook + social bookmarking...

try to submit ur blog feeds to some rss agregators and recreate more feed using feedity and repeat ur submission... U can install statcounter plugin and u will see if ur blog is getting traffic and from which source as well as the keywords ur visitors came from..
