It's not much and I do hope it's something new, as to not cause shame to my self. I have signed up at a site free*paysitecash.c0m that claims to pay 60 cents for every confirmed email sign up.

It's an adult affiliate and I know that 60 cents is not much but they claim not to care where the sign up comes from (i.e. blind links) minimum pay out is $100 so it could take a bit of time to see if they pay.
They also advertise that the site content is 100% free to the subscribers, but I suspect they do something with the addresses. I have had a few sign ups just since this morning and no complaints on my blog yet. So maybe it's good.
