Nothing against new members by any means. I only stipulated Jr. VIP+ members as these are the users that have actually monetarily contributed to the forum, which, shows their commitment to the community and the maintenance of this great forum. I also stipulated a minimum "post count" so I'm taking in to account the investment of eligible members based on their actual involvement and community contributions.

This is customary among BHW giveaways...
