Mximum messages per rss do you make per day per domain ?

Hi good morning to all,

I try to make tons of messages with rss per a domain name (i do like 50 mo in rss banners tect look like incredible but i'm sure noone read 50 mo of news).

So please those who work in RSS may you tell me please what's the best number of messages per day per domain 5-10 ?
