We should build a list of must submit sites for good quality high PR backlinks that do not require articles, or anything.. just backlinks
Backlinks that will stay forever, from well known sites, not those spamy ones.
    So to name a few:
    wikipedia
    dmoz
    aboutus
    Digg
    Propeller
    Stubmpleupon
    delicious

Please continue the list of more or less popular websites that gives you free backlinks.

Quite a few of those like Wikpedia are nofollow. They still may have value as traffic-gen (or SEO-wise if rumors are to be believed about Google valuing nofollow since they're less likely to be spammed)
