multiple msn adscenter accounts..

so i have been doing some ppc with msn adscenter latley and was getting some excelent ROI from some cpa offers. now my impression today troped by about ninty percent.

i get the feeling i have been flaged.

so i was wondering if i can simply start a new account some how and log in with a vpn or somthing..

what are the steps i need to make sure i follow if i create a new adscenter account?
