Don't create too many profiles on each proxy, each proxy should only be used for about 3–5 accounts, it will reduce the possibility of being detected.

Facebook checks multiple proxies now, so sharing IPs can still cause problems and there is no exact safe limit. You should keep your usage natural and choose a highly rated residential provider.

Let me share my experience with you. You can absolutely create many accounts on a proxy platform; there's no problem as long as you don't violate any Facebook policies.
