Newb question: Is it possible to have a FB account loaded with coupons, running it dry, closing the account, and then opening up another account with same personal info and VCC?

Can this be done successfully with a private proxy or VPN and which would you use?

You can't apply for advertising if the account is too new. You can but you have higher chances of being refused

You can have multiple accounts without any problem according to me, But you cannot add coupon to new one

Can we make another(2nd or 3rd) campaign while one(first) campaign is running. I can't find any button to create another campaign. There's only option of create an ad.
