Multiple Browser Form Auto Filler / Account Creator?

To be more specific, there is a series of active comments sections on a site where I'm spamming. After every few posts, the account will be banned and you have to create a new one. I've figured out that I can use multiple browsers and have a different account for each one, so I can post faster. Right now, the most time consuming task is account creation. Currently, I'm typing in all the information into the forms myself every time i create a new account.

I'm really hoping there's some kind of form filler software that works on multiple browsers.

Is that specific enough?
