so I want my site to be multilingual but there are few things that I can't figure out which is
1- if I used a translation plugin will google read my site in all languages? or the only the original language I wrote my post in?
2- will it be different if I used a multilingual plugin?

Using translation plugin google will read all your languages. and it can also translate all your content but it will not be very much apt.
Get a professional translator to handle your multilingual content and you’ll be safe from Google penalties.

Translated content will not be recognized as duplicate by Google. It would still reach your website, as long as you're optimizing the content of your site. When it comes to multilingual language-related plug-ins, Google supports these plug-ins. It's highly advisable to use different URLs per language versions, instead of using cookies. However, Googlebot may not crawl non-United States countries since these are from the USA.

You won’t have a problem with Google when it comes to the plugin. However, just having a plugin doesn’t guarantee that your content will rank equally well in all languages. In fact, it could even read as confusing, so Google’s engine won’t push or promote it. So, I advise that you focus on optimizing your content in all languages — hiring a translator that understands the basics of SEO is a good start.
