Please take a look and let me know if I have done something wrong.

    It's an Magento multilingual site.

The daily impressions going down and down.

    I have also used rel=canonical
and disallowed ? URLs from robots.txt. Please check this also.

Make sure you used hreflang="de" for german(example.com/german) and hreflang="nl" for dutch(example.com/dutch) along with rel="alternate".
Please not these tags applies to pages not for every products.
Yes you need to use rel=canonical for other version pages and products.

I have used the hreflang for all three languages available on the site.

Also if I have other version of each page then I have to put these tags in every page.

sorry but I am not getting this line.

"Please not these tags applies to pages not for every products."

Also you may check the given codes in the source of shared website link.

Using those tags will change content's on the theme, not for the products. You don't want to use these tags on every products you have.
Yes, you used these tags right on your site. Have a look here for more information

Also make sure you used rel=canonical in right way. Use webmaster tool to track to have an eye on this.

And you have 3 versions of site map on your site, Make that has 1 version. Do a 302 redirect to one page. But i am not 100% sure about it.
Please read webmaster guidance for this. Having 3 site maps will confuse search engines right?

Sorry for the delayed reply, ask me if you have more doubts.

    Thanks for the reply.

But I guess all multilingual sites need this kind of XML sitemap.

I am not sure but I guess you have might missed to read this post.
    h ttp://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.in/2012/05/multilingual-and-multinational-site.html

Please correct me if you have already aware about this and you do not agree with using multilingual annotation sitemap.

About tags using on each page.

When you open an product here and want to change the language of the product page, you click on the language flag and you will reach on a new location having same content/product.

Now to prevent site from duplicate content issue, we have to mention its alternate versions in the rel tag.

    Please share your views.

    Thanks
    Sandeep
