Multi-product landing / cloaking

I'm sure that there's a script out there for this....

I want to have a single landing page for all of my products that sell for the same amount. Because they have an individual product number it should be possible to redirect them individually to a download/thank you page which could be hosted somewhere else.

Anyone any ideas?
