Is it possible to have a site that shows natives languages to countrys through a plugin or similar.

Also if it was in... Lets say 10 languages would it get pen'd for duplicate content?

If this could be done i think we would all do well :)

The thing is in order to rank you need well-written content in every native language, not just automated translation of original text. Even if you had real translators to translate a successful articles, this does not guarantees any success for this translation.

Is it really worth it to have a website in... say norwegian? They are like < 10 million ppl in Norway freezing their a**es of and all of them already speak english.
Google search 'world languages distribution' to get a feel of what you're getting into.

The content is still the same, however, when it is translated, it may be translated wrong. I do not think that it is necessary to do this.

Do you mean that if a German person goes to your site, the language (s)he sees is German, not English, which is shown for Americans, English people, Aussies etc.? That's called geo-targeting mate, and yes there are ways to do that with Wordpress.

It's not duplicate content as long as it's translated properly and not just thrown into Google Translate.
