the thing is I have created a brand new social-network

and I need traffic promotion etc

what do you prefer

I have less experience of,

This makes no sense to be in the Torrent section. Maybe you want to hire a programmer? Perhaps a SEO expert? Possibly even borrow someone's advertising account for adwords or adsense.
