    Hey guys,
I am having some problem in arranging my data in excel files, for which I need help :)

I have some 5-6 file (having approx 5k records)... and another file having 8k records (including the earlier 5k)...
Now, as the 2nd file consists of duplicate data... I need to remove it...
But the problem is that the 5k records of the 1st file are unevenly distributed in the 2nd file (having repetition of 5k rec from 1st file + having 3 k unique records)... So, "search" function wont be helpful here :(

So, please help me with your solutions :)
    Thanks...

Have you tried using Advanced filter - Unique records only?

Your specific data must be correctly stored in columns though, and when the filter is applied only original records according to the field that you specify will be returned. If you copy and paste via the rows after that to a new workbook then you should have originals (non-duplicates) there.

    Hope that helps
