I decided to buy online course of him (you can google if you would like to get knowledge of how the scammer looks like) you can see the course here:
https://coldemailacademy.com/home (dont buy it, so vague shit, it cost noghing, but pls put special attention on his "guarantees".

Now story begins:

2nd day I asked for refund (via "support" email), as the data in course were fluff.

He ignored my comm.

I asked again.

He still ignored my comm.

Than I asked via ClickBank, as it was paid via them. They refunded. He cancel my account.

Since than he started withdraw 49usd from my credit card.

He stole 49usd from my card at the end of April.

He stole 49usd from my card at the end of May.

He stole 49usd from my card at the end of June.

I start to comm to him via e-mail and he after couple of e-mails, he "played" dumb as there is no refund, he started again ignored me.

what the fuck am I supposed to do?

We "canceled" our "contract" during April, he deleted my account immediately, but he started and keep to withdraw my money.

One word - SCAM.

Mike Hadenbrook - SCAMMER

PS: OF COURse I have all proofs, evidences, copies of emails and bank statements.
PS2: of course I tried to contact dozens of times him, the clickbank, my bank, but 4weeks passed and there is no resolution - all parties playing dumb or dead beetle.

I guess these 'gurus' have 23 pages of small print T&Cs and somewhere in there is a get out.

I'd go direct to your credit card company first of all and dispute these payments. Then go from there.

Nowadays it's getting more and more difficult. I think its best to get a virtual credit card like entropay or ecopayz and top-up to buy anything online.

Can't your bank do anything on this matter? Weird tho. Never heard a bank not taking strict action on this silly thing.

Yeah, first step is your bank. From there it's credit card company. Then if those don't work, it's lawsuit time.

Hi Joe,
I came across one of his ads, sorry to hear you've been scammed.
Why do you consider it vague? Is it just something of common sense people find on the internet or does it give you valuable info on what to do things but not how to do it?
Thank you.

Because it is vague.

If I should honestly give you advice, learn instead of that unhonest "billionaire" from Bryan Kreuzberger.

Its lot of knowledge from him even for free from his posts/slideshares/interviews/podcasts.

His method is workable.

So it was solved few weeks ago.

Bank tried to brush me off, but I just perservere and keeping communicating. Finally that fraud payments was returned to my account.

PS: if you have nothing to hide, you are unstoppable
