I started a SEO research for a project and found this high DA backlink oportunity, maybe most of you knows about it

Web 2.0 are always an interesting thing to diversify the IP linking to your site. You can build some posts on this sites and they can ultimately rank for very longtails, which may mean, some extra reputation to your site. Also they tend to be extremely resilient to blast, which are recommended to be done if you are willing to use a 2.0 for ranking purposes. Otherwise, it's better nowadays to go for the PBN path and not waste the time building a great 2.0.

Just for the link from the DA is not worth it. Some people sell these services, but I don't feel they are great enough, maybe to diversify a little bit the profile if your page is already grown.
