Moving article sites from AMR to SENuke XCr Help Please!

In the past I have used AMR for article links but now that I can add sites to SENuke, it makes sense to do it all in 1 program. To add sites to SENuke though you need to know what article platform it is e.g. articles dashboard, article friendly, article MS etc. Is there any way of finding out what platform the sites in AMR are so i can transfer them across? At the moment I am just using my GSA SER successfully submitted sites database but I have 2k sites in AMR that I would like to use also.

Any advice would be appreciated and thanks given to useful replies

If you go to your site list in AMR the sites are classified by type. Simply sort the "type" column and you're good to go.

Presumably you a talking about in the "select article section"? How do I actually copy the list as writing them out manually would take sometime?
