It depends how you word it

If you have it saying like 'Watch Avatar (2009) Free' with an image of the movie, yea it technically still is copyright infringement.

I could write more but my hand hurts

But since you are promoting CLICKBANK product that's why I was thinking if still it is copyright infringement.

If you're promoting a copyright material sold by you or if promoting a copyright material being sold by someone else, it's one and the same thing. It like you're not stealing but you're helping someone to steal.
This surely is against the copyright law in my opinion.

If SOPA/PIPA passes, they can take down your site if they suspect it's facilitating copyright infringement so it wouldn't matter if it is actually infringing or not.

I am no lawyer, but I believe that currently, they could only send a DMCA letter to take down the copyrighted image of the movie as one can not copyright a movie name.

im speaking from experience, even if you have no actual video content or just a CB link, its still technically copyright infrigement, its b/c ur using the movie name and image on ur site

One can not copyright a movie name. One can copyright a poster of a movie. So if you remove the poster, it is not a copyright infringement.
