    1. use this plugin to create a mysql dump and import it to a new site via php my admin.

    wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-db-backup/

    2. using standard export-import in the "tools" within your admin area.

pick one that suits you, wish you luck in your new site.

If dns is already updated you'll need to modify your hosts file on your pc to point the domain to the old ip. Then use the plugin linked above.

You should also be able to access your cpanel using the old ip address and backup the database directly via phpmyadmin.
