Mother and slave with Bluestacks and VPN to manage Instagram accounts? And how aged an Instagram account should be?

Hi, I would create some slave account for my main IG account, I was wondering if I could use Bluestacks with a VPN installed. I have checked the bluestacks IP address, and it is different from my PC IP address. Is this a good idea to run multiples slave IG accounts?
Also, I have read that the accounts have to be aged to reduce the ban risk, do you know how old an account has to be, to be considered aged, if so can you suggest me where I can buy aged accounts?
