Hr views right now are not quick so if you are looking for trending views then you will get fast and nonhr views that means less watch time which might be considered little less appealing to youtube. Wait for a while or keep testing services until you find the one that serves you best.

HR Views have high retention that means more view time that means you will have higher chances of getting good results besides nonhr views Youtube will treat them as bit crappy but can be useful if you are looking for churn and burn rankings.

A guy from the support team of a reseller panel i use all the time told me that the youtube views are coming next week for sure but no idea what is going to be the price.. Last youtube update killed the service for more than a 2 weeks and its still counting..
