Most influence on ranking: amount of referring domains or total amount of backlinks?

small question: what has the most influence on ranking: amount of referring domains or total amount of backlinks?

Amount of referring domains will have a greater impact. Because you can get 100's of backlinks from 1 domain if you get listed on blogroll or recent comments section of a website, but the amount of referring domains shows the amount of diversity.

For ranking you have to need good quality high TF backlink, on the other-hand if you want to amount of referring domains it's must be spam free good quality domain. But it's a good practice that only 2 backlink from a website for your main site .

You forgot : Quality
I can get the most RD and mot links compared to a quality site that has 1 RD from a major site...

Links on pages with Rds

this is correct but needs to be done in the correct way.

example if your a afflacate you need the backlinks pointing to the inner pages .

if your website is a normal website then pointing to the main page is correct .

the amount is by quilty of the backlink .

heigh da and tf are the best backlinks in my opioion .

content will always be
king .

It depends. You won't get anyone telling the right answer in a couple of words.

A lot of backlinks from fewer domains pointing to different inernal pages in your website?
