more sales when bad weather? Any comments?
On non-IM products/services to consumers I have not had an increase with blizzards or etc. The highest time is always lunch time during work weeks, with Monday lunch being by far the busiest.
Mmm... Im a true affiliate but since i cover the whole world cant say if it matters if it rains in the US or not...
Would be a different thing if you have a local site obviously...
for example i promote a product for almost 7 years now that always generates the most sales in summer when the weather is great, so completely the opposite.
I have noticed spikes in traffic for local sites when a big storm comes through a area? Not very relevant because you can't control the weather
When people don't have much to do, they'll go online and shop sometimes. So the increase in sales make some sense.
Yea,if it's an online product,an ebook for example, people will tend to buy it,since they can't go outside due to bad weather.
It has a point since when bad weather most just sit in their homes. It is like weekend, I never could bank same as other days
