Check out the notice I received when logging in to one of my networks

    Code:
Effective April 2, 2010, the Federal Trade Commission will require new disclosures for the online advertisements of "free credit reports." The new regulations require all advertisers to completely discontinue use of any marketing copy, creative or subject line that contains the words "free credit report" (without a prominent disclosure). Any Website advertising for Free Credit Reports must now include a disclaimer across the top of each page that states the following:

THIS NOTICE IS REQUIRED BY LAW. Read more at FTC.GOV.
You have the right to a free credit report from AnnualCreditReport.com
or 877-322-8228, the ONLY authorized source under federal law.

The programs listed below have been affected due to these new FTC regulations. Please login to your account for compliant marketing materials.

Its all how you word your reply. If you look like a real company. You just tell them that your company requires the check ran thru the company credit department. simple. Most will over look the warnings on the lander then because they got to it with the company link.

Haha you guys... don't you know there's always a workaround? I don't agree with it as its unethical, but they're getting around it, at least for now. I'm not going to say what, but keep your eyes peeled on the boob tube and watch what one company is doing with their commercials.... those of you that are perceptive enough will notice what I'm talking about.
