Some of you may know that I make back yard booze and have been for a while now. I usually do a run(Distillation) 3 times per year and this is my second one. It wasn't bad as I managed to get 3 full quart jars from 5 gallons of mash, which is a pretty good yield. I proofed the alchohol to %46 (92 proof) and will be flavoring it using a recipe for Apple Pie Shine. Here is the photo of the jars.
