LONG TIME REVIEW
So, it almost 5 months since I placed an order and handed control of my website. That should be a decent amount of time to see how effective this plan is.
A short overview of the work done in the 5 months:
1 month was just site audit and planning
2 month preparing a new theme and publishing it by the end of the month
3 month editing meta texts
4 month on-page work
5 month some link building
Communication is great with fast response to emails, and the client desktop gives an overview of progress.
What I have missed is information on what work that actually is being done. The things mentioned in the overview above is more or less the information I have been given.
And the result so far?
KW's has jumped a little up and down but nothing significant. More or less as at the starting point
Trafic has not changed. Actually, there has been a small decline over the last 2 month but only minor
I will not be the judge over if this is a good or bad service. Personally I had expected to see some positive results by now, considering the money I pay on a monthly basis. The status of my website is that it is not performing better than before. Adsense and Amazon revenue is the same or little less, but since there has been no change in trafic that makes sense.
Maybe I'm just too impatient, SEO takes time, but I believe this is too long. I have invested a decent amount of money by now, and I need a serious increase in traffic (which results in Adsense and Amazon revenue increase) to make that investment back. Unfortunately, I do not see any signs of that happening anytime soon, so I think I just have to call it a stop. As time goes by my investment in the service keeps building up and I do not see how I'm ever going to make that money back.
I will let it be up to the individual to make up their mind of this service. Maybe It's just me that is too impatience. However, I will point out that the 3 times I have addressed this in email I have always been told: " we are working on it right now, just give it a month or two then you will start to see results".

I made enquiries and was told all plans start from $1000, not the $500 they quote here so misleading...

As we said in the thread, you will see positive impact from month 2-3 onward which was clearly the case here. All keywords moved up in your stay with us.
I would also like to point out that you chose a reduced plan for the last 2 months, so you were not actually on our $500/month plan for the last months - we still spent the same amount of hours which has had a positive impact.

As we offer rank or refund deals with everything, we always make sure that the quotes are worthy of our time and energy spent on each project.
We wouldn't take a project for quick bucks. That's not what we do.

I'm not looking for a big argument here, but I just need to give a little comment on your statement here.
5 month. 20 kw and a move of 43 spots. That's an average of 2 spot up for each kw in 5 months. We are dealing with easy kw mostly in the top 20. Most kw is your suggestion.
Looking a little closer at the 43 spot raise:
1 kw moved from 100 to 29. that a 71 spot gain
3 kw moved 1 - 5 spot up
7 kw moved down
and the rest has not moved.
This paints a different picture than good progress.
And since you mention that gain starts after 2 - 3 months, let's take a closer look at that time period:
The first month was only audit and the second month was preparing the new theme, so let's start from the time the new theme went online since that is when your work could affect the SERP started.
Combined the kw went 38 spot down over the last 3 month!!
1 kw moved from 78 - 29. that's a 49 spot movement
1 kw moved 3 spot up and 1 moved 1 spot up
12 kw moved down
the rest has not moved.
Honestly, this is not impressive, and I actually feel that your rank or refund should come in service here. During the 3 months were your work has been online and been able to affect the site my total kw place has gone down and traffic has had a small decrease as well.
The link building you have done over the last two months can I get a report on those so I can check if they are live?
One positive thing to note though.
I forgot to turn the auto payment in Paypal off so I accidentally enden up paying for next month. I asked for a refund and it was done in less than 24 hours.
