monoface-like clone, avatar maker

My goal is to have a series of graphics that can be layered to create a large quantity of unique headshots, similar to monoface (I can't post links.. Google "monoface" if you aren't sure what this is).

Requirements:

1. Graphics should be delivered as a layered PSD
2. Unlike monoface, I want "normal" faces (no goofy faces). For example, smiling with eyes open.
3. I'd prefer realistic faces, but cartoon faces are fine, too.
4. Composite image should be at least 300px by 300px, but larger is fine.
5. Minimum quantities:
   1. 10 female hair styles with ears (possibly covered by hair)
   2. 10 male hair styles with ears (possibly covered by hair)
   3. 10 female noses
   4. 10 male noses
   5. 10 female eyes/eyebrows
   6. 10 male eyes/eyebrows
   7. 10 female mouths
   8. 10 male mouths

Please let me know if you need more details. If the work is quality, I'd be interested in paying for additional quantities, skin tones, etc.
