I've been searching all morning for a way to do this. I tried 'WebMon', but it doesn't seem to be working.

I want to find a way to automate knowing when my submission falls off the front page of a site. I submit different things all the time, and need to have something that checks like every hour or something for certain text I put in (of the submission) and lets me know when it's not on the page anymore so I can submit another one.

    Any ideas?

You could probably do a mod with scrapebox link checker and zenno poster or winautomation to accomplish this. And then use proxies if you absolutely need to if you are hitting sites hard to avoid an IP ban.

You could have someone write a small PHP script and then a cron job with an email when it doesn't find a certain keyword on the page.
