Money stuck on paypal.

So last year I've made an account using Canada details and made some money but Paypal limited my account pretty quick for 200+ days. Not it has been unblocked but I can't send the money to my main paypal accout without a credit card. Is there any solution in this situation or the money will just be there forever?

you can try adding a bank account and withdraw it there, i did it once, the name on your paypal and on the bank account doesn't need to match, despite what paypal says
