    1. Explore ehow, prepare 500 different article, translate them into your native language.. G translate with some grammar fix is ideal, but I personally prefer outsourcing to native translator as it's cheaper..
    2. Get SEO service build domain authority
    3. Implement ad (adsense etc)

    4. repeat > CASH OUT!!

it's a method already used, ehow is just the only detail of this method, because translated content is common, but i prefer this content in order to create content for linkbuilding ;)

it can be very profitable not to target english speaking countries. translate your content to arabic for example. most markets there are not saturated online and can convert great. also there are countries that are relative new to a broad internet access and those users participate and convert much better often.

Last time I wast talking with one of ex Google Quality Managers he told translations will be cauth as duplicate content. Use until it works :)
Another technique I heard from web development company in Australia - buy abandoned and expired domain names and restore content from internet archive - Umbelievable but also works :rocketwho and maitain it properly for monetarization ;)

if you know other languages, just use it, the translations from english aren t very good because it s a simple language
for example, I prefer to translate from italian to spanish ;)

I target loads of non english speaking countrys in which I cannot speak the language at all. Just use a translate gig from fiverr. Competition tends to be much much lower also.
