I dunno if this happens with anyone but I'm obsessssseeeeeeeeeeeeed with making money. It's bad. Oh my god dude it's more addictive than anything I've done. I feel like if I don't make at least a certain amount in a week then i'm wasting my time and feel quite pissed to be honest. It just feels so good seeing those dollars.

I think that's terrible and I can definitely see where greed comes from, etc... Does anyone also feel addicted to working constantly on IM? Grinding isn't just a hobby anymore and it's more than a job - it's a fully enveloping lifestyle to me.

For a while but I've scaled it back. I make enough to be comfortable these days because having free time to party and enjoy life is way more pleasing to me. You should give it a try and see, at least find a middle ground. There's a lot out there especially if you can work just a couple hours here and there on the internet to get your cash.

You're in your prime where ideas should roll in hard. Then you'll realize how making this certain amount per week is less than a job, it's a management thing (outsource, autopilot, etc) :) Then you'll feel like a real champ.

It's one thing to do well online and concentrate on the money, but harping on the topic too much with friends and family makes you come across like an arrogant prick.

I chase the money since it's my full time job, but I rarely bring it up unless directly asked.

So, my answer is "Yes, I'm obsessed with having a wallet full of spinach" but I try to take the modest road.

It has certainly turned into a lifestyle for me and its really addictive. The best feeling is when you goto your mail box and a check is there waiting for you to cash or when you check your online bank account ;)

I <3 money. But I also <3 the freedom not working a 9-5 affords me. The way I see it money is simply a means to an end. The entire concept of money, the economy and whatnot are simply an elaborate way to get other people to do things for us.

EDIT: In other news, "Having a wallet full of spinach" is my new favorite quote for the week.

I fully agree. In fact I don't actually know of anyone in my "real life" that I can talk to about IMing because.....well there's simply nothing to discuss.

Yes, have to agree with Po on this.

I get a bigger kick out of having money without people knowing about it. I always dress down and I take the bus everywhere.

I used to read a lot as a child and all the books I read usually involved a story with a little boy having a secret power or a secret adventure.

IM covers both of these, I feel, as in nobody else knows about making money online and I am sure they would shun me if I told them.

Don't know if this is healthy

Naw. Even after my best days I'm still lazy lol. It's not so much the money, but the stuff that money buys me (shoes, clothes, etc)

I try to be humble about it. I never bring up the topic about making money online unless, like Pofecker said, someone brings it up.

It's a great feeling if you do this literally - stuff your wallet with big bills until it barely folds anymore and put it in your pocket. Cheap thrills.

Oh but if you're going out, I'd advise against doing it... Otherwise the next morning might not be so fun :indiffere

    Sorry. Had to post twice.

Does wonders for your confidence too, being self made.

When I first got paid ($20 into my paypal) I was thrilled. I had overcome all disbelief and every body who thought I couldn't do it.

Even now getting thousands a month still doesn't thrill me as much as getting that first 20 clams.

    It definitely bcomes an addiction!

Ya I love a wallet stuffed with green.

And sometimes when everybody has gone to bed and the house is really quite, I eat some!

I don't think I'm addicted to money so to speak, but I do know that I can never get enough which is a characteristic of addiction, but I can also do without if I need to.

Out of all the addictions I've wrestled with none compares to easy money. 2nd in line is a bunch of not so easy money. :p

it is indeed an addiction...as for if the money is the addiction or just the actual game itself im not sure..I want to say the game itself but without the money I wouldnt be able to continue putting in the work I do...

At the end of the day though its on my mind 24/7...I have trouble sleeping often b.c of it

I am currently working on outsource and autopilot to take the stress off...although in reality its only going to add more stress...
    more money more problems
