Monetizing 'players', probably with CPA

I have a MMORPG gameserver and a web browser MMO, I need to monetize this traffic, so I guess CPA will work well? Since I want something like "Giving them reward for doing something" / and making me money. CPA fits perfectly. So far I tried CPALead.com, their gateway, anything similar? Or someone suggest me some good paying CPA networks and drop some ideas?

gamers like porn, right? you could give them "free" memberships to porn sites from cecash where you get paid $1.50 for when they enter their email, and more when they convert, or you could give them a "free" membership to any cam site... problem with cecash is that you cant advertise it as 100% free, which is kinda stupid because the banners they give you advertise just like that... I remember on one of the cpa sites i went to there was an offer that payed you 80c per action, but the cpa was a chance to win Halo Wars, a new game... which i think would convert like crazy on your site.

I'd go with the CPALead Gateway and offer them gold or whatever currency you run in-game in exchange for filling out the surveys.
