Monetizing Fitness Instagram acc. With ~30k followers.

ive been growing an Instagram account in the fitness niche for the last few years @fitgang_athletics (30k followers) but havent posted in a few months.
Are there ways to monetize this account?
if so, how would you do it?

Nutra affiliate marketing. go easy on your followers, work on content to grow the account and sales will probably follow.

You haven't posted in a while there... and even when you did, (last post 4 months ago), your engagement rate was lower than 1% on average (for last couple of posts). That's really low...

I noticed you rarely used hashtags and most of your posts don't have captions at all.
Start posting again, do hashtag research, make sure you write good captions. If you wanna monetize this account in any way, you gotta work on the engagement rate first.

Don't try to promote/sell something there now, you'll just screw up the account even more.
