Monetizing 650k switzerland business leads?

I have around 650k data of local businesses in switzerland (name, address, phone number, email, social media...)
And I'm looking for ways to monetize these leads.
Any good idea ?

why after 5 years tho? are those organic or with paid ads?
Maybe I'll try selling them instead, it's really my niche tbh

It takes time for the online presence to make your page established online

When you sell you win by selling more than once

When you create a webpage you win for 20 years

And after 20 years you sell the website

Do some SEO and get organic traffic. Swiss traffic pay really well. Higher than any other country. You can sell them software's for their business or advertising agency services or just think out of the box.
 
Reach out to Call Centers or any business that does discovery calls. Sell them acces to the database. You can monitize that several ways:
- With a one-time fee
- As a retainer. e.g. a promise of 50k leads pr. month for a fixed price.
- Fixed Fee pr. meeting booked from your list
 
Build a local business directory and sell them upgrades such as adding their url, more info and so on in your directory. Like €695 onetime fee. Use a sales company to sell it by phone for you, works well still.

EDIT: Or just build a simple business directory and sell it for $5000 to a call center - I know a member in this forum that did just that.
