What do you mean?
Just a rental searching group on FB. All grown organically... One year ago with about 15k....

Easiest way to monetize might be to reach out to real estate agents and make a deal that allows them to advertise/post in the group. They pay you a certain fee each month for access to potential leads.
In terms of what I should charge and whatnot how can i know that?
I know a few of the major players but my doubt is with pricing, how much can I ask?
Just earn a commission through their link.
You should check the prices of other groups or let them deal first.

The know more details like the capital because the Iberian Peninsula is composed by more than 1 country, engagament and other group data.
I still don´t get it why do you want to know, if I specifically asked if there were any ideas for monetization, I already received some nice pointers, but the location is irrelevant. But thank you for your interest. Take care.

Something you can do is work out how many leads there are in the group each month. Like how many people are asking for a rental. Bring this to your real estate contacts and let them know you have this number of potential leads for them each month and ask them how much is it worth for them?
If you ask a few of them maybe you will get a good idea of what you could potentially charge them for access.
Perhaps even give them free access for a few days so they see what they are getting, then charge them for monthly access.

Because I own a Real Estate company in the Iberian Peninsula and maybe we can do a publicity agreedment. However I need the data to understand if I'm interested in your public.
You can try real estate deals as others said, also you can create a new website where house owners can post their rental properties and users can check that. You can drive traffic from your group. Initially you can provide free service and collect the data and also reach more audiance. Then you can change the policy to 5 or 10 property views free per account and then they have to pay. You can also get sponsored listings from big realtors. This will become a huge business in few years, if done properly.

There are several ways to monetize your group like sponsored posts, affiliate marketing and paid partnerships. Reach out to businesses that align with interests of your group members. Offer sponsored posts where you can promote their products or services. Share affiliate links with your members. By doing this, you can easily monetize your group.
