Think a little, your traffic is from tier 3 African country and not a country like Morocco, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, etc. Sudan if I am right it's a really poor country. Without adsense your options are really small.
For Affiliate Program to work you will need sales. if they cannot buy it's fucked.
Check Ogads for download etc. cpa offer.

i think you can monetize it using cpm network like propellerads and you can promote some pay post maybe .
or search some contact medium or small company , create some offer , dont forget to include your traffict stats in your offer.

Try taboola, mgid etc. Idk if they work in Sudan
