I just came upon this method here, and had a quick programming question:
    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blackhat-lounge/73525-fake-forum-cash.html

Basically I want to do this method, but tweak it just a bit, and before I go any further, just wanted to know if this would actually be possible.

The method involves switching the registration page with a e-mail submit CPA offer page so that new users (thinking they are registering for an account) will be submitting their e-mail address to your CPA offer.

I wanted to do the method, but wanted to, not only get the e-mail submit, but to also have them sign up as a member of the forum. I'm hoping to, while earning money from the e-mail submits, work on, for the long run, growing my forum with real human members until it eventually gets large enough to where I'm naturally bringing in new members by the day.

So basically I want to know if it's possible to use the above method, and somehow get it so that each new member enters his e-mail for the CPA offer and also registers as a member for the forum at the same time. As a newbie at programming, I didn't have a clue, so was hoping some of you could help me out.

yes it's possible but most sponsors frown on this kind of thing heavily (for obvious reasons).

you could do this using jQuery, javascript, or server side processing in any web language.

the real question is not can it be done, but how do you want to do it? what languages are you familiar enough with that you could implement this kind of logic?

I was possibly considering a freelancer for the page. I may look around and try to learn how to do it, but I'm not sure if it's worth my time to do that, when I'd just be using the programming skills for this one project.
