So I just redid the URLs on my site to far more friendly versions. Somehow, however, Google started indexing my underlying URL structure. So right now Google is seeing both site.com/displayproduct.php?u=342343&v=32434 AND seeing the nicer version site.com/products/productname.

I'm afraid I'm gonna be slammed for duplicate content. Is there anything I can do?

Can you post your mod_rewrite rules? I have a feeling you're doing R=302 instead of R=301 in the redirection flags or something.
