You can also report him to google for falsely doing such stuff. Had a guy who was doing same thing to me, found his identity via the domain he used to fake the dmca's, found his personal site and left hundreds of fake bad reviews for his products. When they're assholes just deal with them on their own level.

I didn't. I just had to take it.
Luckily the pages weren't getting that much traffic as it was... but still annoying.
