Mobile app development required - exploratory stages at the moment

I am looking for a person or company to develop a mobile app. As per the rules I will say that budget is around £5k GBP. But this is a rough estimate as the project is at a very early stage at the moment - saying that as well because I don't want to mess anyone about.

I can discuss the basics of the app with anyone who is interested in taking on the project, however, I only have very basic outline at the moment. I am really looking for a person or company who would be able to develop such an app. I don't really want a reseller, I want someone who can work on it directly, also I want a native app (if thats the right word); it needs to be fast, responsive, very high quality and able to work across all of the popular mobile platforms.
